Facilities management.
The dedicated FM entity (AMPM Facilities) formalises Q3 2027. The capability is already addressable today via Gemini AMPM (compliance, life-safety, planned and reactive) and AMPM Building Services (M&E, fit-out, fabric). For clients running complex portfolios who want one delivery partner, we run a phased FM model now and roll into the dedicated entity at launch.

The differentiator: the hard-services arm of an FM aggregator is usually the weakest link — sub-let to a third-party contractor with no operating-stack visibility. We are inverting this: the hard services are the foundation (Gemini, 1997-built, NSI Gold), and the soft-services partners attach to a known-good audit trail.
