Approach

Five rules.
Held to.

01

Compliance-led, not compliance-loaded

Compliance is a posture, not a department. The asset, the planning, the maintenance, the audit trail — all one workflow, all one source of truth.

02

Same buyer, more surface

New companies inside the group earn their place by extending the surface of an existing buyer relationship — not by chasing new logos.

03

Enterprise stack, mid-market overhead

Uptick, Procore, Microsoft 365 — deployed end-to-end. Rare at our scale. The point isn't the tools; it's the operating consequence of running them properly.

04

AI as leverage, never novelty

Every AI use case removes cost, accelerates revenue, or reduces risk — ideally all three. If it does none of those, it doesn't ship.

05

Endorsed, not absorbed

Each company keeps its own mark and its own focus. The AMPM signature sits underneath. The thread is the palette, not the name.

The operating stack

Enterprise tools, operated end-to-end.

Most mid-market contractors run the trade well and the back office on spreadsheets. We don't. The stack below isn't a marketing list — it is the system that produces the audit trail, the documentation pack, and the golden thread the Building Safety Act expects.

Uptick

Asset register & PPMs

Every device, panel, and detector tracked through its life. Service due-dates, certification renewals, defect history. The asset register is the single source of truth.

Procore

Project delivery

RFIs, drawings, RAMS, programmes, snag lists, sign-offs. Tier-1 main contractors run on Procore — we live in it natively rather than mapping to it from a spreadsheet.

Microsoft 365

SharePoint + the golden thread

BSA-grade documentation — Stage 4 reports, commissioning packs, O&Ms — held in SharePoint with named-user audit logs, version control, and retention policy. The golden thread is structural, not a folder.

Xero + AMPM Live

Financial & client layer

Xero for accounts, application cadence, and CIS. AMPM Live (in build) gives clients real-time visibility of their assets, compliance posture, and document pack — the value-added layer above the operating stack.

We don't sell the tools — we sell the consequence of running them well. Documentation that holds up under inspection. Programmes that don't slip. Procurement teams under PPN 06/20 weight this heavily; so do landlords moving from reactive to planned compliance.

This is compliance leadership, not compliance administration.
