Who we are
This privacy notice is issued by AMPM Group Limited, registered in England & Wales under company number 17136810, with its registered office in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. References to "AMPM," "we," "us," and "our" mean AMPM Group Limited and, where context applies, its subsidiaries (including Gemini AMPM Limited).

What we collect
- Information you give us — name, employer, email address, phone number, role, and any context you include when you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, request a meeting, or submit a tender enquiry.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, referring URL, and time of visit, via standard web logs and analytics cookies (see our cookies notice).
- Members area information — if you are invited to the investor portal, we store the email address you sign in with and the access events for that account. Page views in the portal are watermarked with your email for traceability.
How we use it (and our lawful basis)
- To respond to enquiries — legitimate interest in operating our business and pursuing the enquiry you sent us.
- To send our newsletter — your consent at the point of sign-up; you can unsubscribe from any newsletter at any time using the link in each email.
- To provide the investor portal — legitimate interest in protecting confidential information shared under invitation; specifically, watermarking and access-logging.
- To improve the site — legitimate interest, via aggregated, anonymised analytics.
- To comply with law — including responding to regulators, courts, and lawful requests.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers acting on our instructions — including our website host (Ghost(Pro)), email/newsletter platform, and analytics providers, all bound by appropriate contractual safeguards.
- Regulators, advisers, and auditors where required by law or by our regulatory obligations.
- Group entities where necessary to respond to your enquiry (for example, routing a fire-safety enquiry to Gemini AMPM Limited).
How long we keep it
We retain personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose collected, plus any period required by law (typically 6 years for tax and contract records). Newsletter contacts are retained until you unsubscribe. Investor portal access logs are retained for the duration of the relationship plus 12 months.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK. Where information is transferred internationally, we use approved transfer mechanisms (UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum) to keep it protected.
Your rights
